• Government Agencies (FDIC, NCUA etc.) will NEVER ask you to withdraw cash.
• Requests for gift cards are always a scam.
Scammers may try to scare or rush you. Take your time — real organizations won’t pressure you.
If you’re unsure: hang up, don’t share information, and contact us directly using a trusted number.
