DO:
✅ Keep your braces clean (like, really CLEAN!)
✅ Wear your rubber bands exactly how you're told (they are small but POWERFUL💪)
✅ Take care of your brackets like they're fragile...because they are!
DON'T:
❌ Skip cleaning (food + brackets= trouble)
❌ Forget your rubber bands (this can seriously slow your progress)
❌ Break brackets by eating the wrong foods or picking at them
Every broken bracket, missed rubber bands, or skipped cleaning day can add MORE time to your treatment ⌛️
