🌿 Take it outside. Studying outdoors β€” whether it’s the Amphitheater, a quiet table or your favorite green space β€” can boost focus, reduce stress and improve mood.

😴 Prioritize sleep. Good rest boosts memory, sharpens focus and improves problem-solving β€” all essential for exam week. Skip the all-nighters; they actually hurt performance more than they help.

🍎 Nourish your body. Fuel up with balanced meals and stay hydrated to help maintain energy and focus throughout the week.

πŸ“… Study smart. Break tasks into smaller steps, plan your time and limit distractions by setting your phone aside when you need deep focus.
