Today’s Agenda : New home orientation and showings for a couple upsizing their home.

One of my favorite parts of being a buyer’s agent. ❤️

When my buyers can’t be here, I can.

Today was their builder orientation and blue tape walkthrough, so we hopped on Zoom and walked through the home together. We reviewed the inspection, marked items that needed attention, asked questions, and made sure everything was addressed before closing.

Moving to a new state can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make sure my clients always feel informed, supported, and cared for—no matter how many miles away they are.

My clients may not always be able to be here, but they’ll always know someone is looking out for them. 🏡

It’s amazing how a well-designed room can make you instantly feel at peace.

One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is helping people see the potential in a home—not just the square footage, but the feeling it creates.
