Oak and Slate Custom Homes Construction Company

One of the questions we hear most often is:

“Can you build on a steep lot?”

The answer is yes!

These photos are exactly what it takes to make it happen. Building on a steep lot requires thoughtful planning, engineering, and a solid foundation.

While these sites can be more complex, they often lead to some of the most beautiful homes and views.

Every lot has challenges. Our job is figuring out how to make them work.

The cabinets are in and the counters have been templated! This quaint cottage is starting to look exactly how we imagined it. White shaker cabinets, simple details, and a layout designed to make every square foot count.

The next Oak & Slate project isn’t a home… It’s our future office, design center, and meeting place! A space built to best serve our clients and reflect who we are as a company.
