216 Strong

So...... I got a new Jeep! Upgrades are coming soon. New tires and rims, 216 Strong logo on the sides and website on the back bumper. And a personalized license plate. Ro is going to love it when we take the top and doors off!!❤️🐾🐾🐾🙏💪

The 2 photos and post on the left are from 3 years ago today. Everything in the post still holds true (have a much better functional trainer now). I will never stop trying to improve 216 Strong! The 2 photos on the right are the latest additions to the gym. Got a whiteboard to hang so my clients can see where to go next if we are training in a circuit style, post inspirational quotes, personal bests, etc.. And I bought a tablet to track all my clients workouts and weights. If you ever trained with me you know I have a million little pieces of paper with workouts written down and notes scribbled alongside their sign in sheets (going to take a little time for me to master the tech)😅 "Best little gym in the world 🌎" is even better!!💪🐾❤️ You have a dream?
