Director of Human Resources | Medina, OH
We’re seeking a seasoned HR leader to serve as the second-in-command HR partner in a multi-site retail environment with a strong emphasis on employee relations and investigations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be the go-to advisor for complex HR issues across stores and leadership teams.
What you’ll do:
💠 Lead complex employee relations cases and investigations
💠 Advise managers on real-time HR issues and disciplinary decisions
💠 Prepare/review EEOC & OCRC Position Statements
💠 Support occasional on-site store visits for serious matters
💠 Contribute to benefits strategy and compliance initiatives
💠 Partner closely with the Head of HR across HR, payroll, recruiting and training
- $115K–$120K + strong benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k match, ESOP, PTO & more)
