Renaissance Behavioral Health

• Functions as a Psychiatric Social Worker or Counselor by performing one or more of the following clinical interventions as appropriate to properly care for RBH patients:
• Diagnostic assessments.
• Individual psychotherapy.
• Crisis intervention services.
• Contributing to preparations for mental health and substance use care programs.
• Case management.
• Telephone or Telehealth triage.
• Develops treatment plans for patients that may include therapeutic interventions, medication, group therapy, counseling, or other mental health services
• Meets case load management/productivity expectations as defined for the assigned area.
• Meets all quality/accountability/documentation requirements for RBH
• Completes all documentation requirements within specified timeframes.
• Keeps current with trends, developments, and practices in the field as they relate to this work assignment.
• Incorporates principles of teamwork in the resolution, completion, and follow-up of responsibilities.
• Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
