Stopped at this gorgeous cemetery on the way home today. Someone had clearly been providing up keep to the stones and surround areas. So much history and beautiful engravings. Such a great way to spend an evening exploring!

The Alexander Memorial Cemetery in Harpersfield Ohio, filled with incredible stones and history. Alexander Harper founded Harpersfield (Unionville Village) in 1798, and later passed away the same year. He was the first buried individual in this cemetery, which ironically he also founded. The following words are the last piece of remembrance of him, written forever in stone..
