Synchronous Solutions

Synchronous flow is a comprehensive, all-inclusive approach to optimize the flow of information and material through a system.

We recognize, particularly in a custom manufacturing system, as yours, lots of things change, lots of variables. Every job is unique. No two are alike. So, there's complications to that, but there's also opportunity.

And in my experience in doing this work over the decades, I believe that Synchronous Flow, also called the Theory of Constraints originally, is the best program for the custom manufacturing business because it is more suited to making individual custom items.

Other systems, including Lean and many others, are also good. I think they are more ideally suited when you're making widgets, when you're making a bunch of the same thing. They don't do as well, in my judgment, as Synchronous Flow does for the custom business.
