Stop by on Monday to stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables. We'll be outside behind our Main building from 11-1:30, rain or shine. Help us spread the word and share with a friend! All are welcome.

Join and Recess Cleveland for an all-levels slow flow yoga class at no cost! Beginner’s welcome. You will feel grounded, relieved, and have a clearer mind after each session. You will practice your breathing as she guides you through easy-to-follow yoga postures.

Classes begin on February 16th. Class will be held every Wednesday from 4pm-5pm in person and virtually.

Requirements:

Bring a yoga mat 🤗
