The Tapestry Spool

One of the coolest things about working here is the people…I have met some of the most talented artists and consider myself lucky to be part of this group. Getting to collaborate with for this capsule filled my creative spirit in ways that are hard to explain. It challenged me to learn how to take structured canvas and manipulate it into/onto a garment. It made me appreciate paint to canvas and the beauty in those vibrant gemstone colors…all from a cloth used to clear a palette knife while creating works of art. Beauty can be found everywhere, and I am grateful she shared her tools with me.
