On any given day, I have to be reminded that I am able! As long as breath is in my body and I have the ability to think clearly and physically move I can do anything that I put my mind to.

There won’t always be someone telling us that we can do it or that we’re doing a good job…we have to know within us! Be our own biggest cheerleader! And part of my growth plan is learning exactly this!
