My career in health and fitness not only changed my life but it allowed me the opportunity to change the lives of others. I pray that this opportunity will help the next generation of fitness professionals continue to do the same.

I am elated to announce that not only did we raise enough money to cover the cost of textbooks for them but Lakewood University has offered to partner with us on this effort and offer scholarships to the three chosen students to complete their full group fitness certification course at no cost of which I am the professor! My heart is full! This is only the beginning! at heart!
