Save the Gilman

The Sherwin-Williams headquarters is nearing completion and presumably the Gilman will no longer be used for construction management of that project. Now is a good time to explore re-use options that will result in restoration of its historic exterior.

This is how the building looks now, at the southwest corner of W. 3rd and St. Clair Ave. in downtown Cleveland. The interiors retain some exposed wood posts and floors, plus parts of the original parapet are exposed.
