A hafidh of the Qur’an and resident imam at the Islamic Society of Akron & Kent, Imam Zobair brings years of scholarship, youth engagement, and community leadership—shaped by advanced Islamic studies at the Michigan Islamic Institute, along with continued academic training in Qur’anic and theological studies.

His work centers faith, education, and healing within our communities, and we’re grateful to have his perspective in this important conversation.
