Well we weathered Hurricane Beryl with minimal damage (a few big trees went down), the blue dot is us. We’ve been running on minimal power from generators ($125 per day in fuel). They’re estimating that power will be restored no later than Sunday so for now we’ll keep limping along.
This pair of Red Spotted Gold Severums has a group of fry in a community tank with 7 Altums, 6 Red Headed Tapajos Geos, another pair of Severums and a Gold Nugget Pleco. They’re holding their own so far but I’ll probably remove the babies tomorrow if they still have any.
A young pair of F2 50% Santa Isabel Silvers that are just about to spawn. I think I’ll set them up in a 40 breeder and see if they’ll parent raise right off the bat.
