High Protein Chicken Salad for one. . .or two if you like the other person 😁
In a small food processor, blend together 1 cup of Cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard, 2 Tablespoons Pepperoni pepper juice.
2 Cups chopped leftover Chicken
Chop 2 Pepperoni peppers
Cut 2 Eggs
Mix together Chicken, Eggs, Peppers and Cottage Cheese Sauce
