Cleveland is getting its first lakefront residential high-rise in more than 50 years. 🏗️

Naia Noir, a $90 million luxury residential tower rising along the Shoreway in Cleveland’s Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood, marks the first high-rise built on the city’s lakefront in decades.

Developed by Tremont-based J Roc Development, the 13-story project is taking shape. Designed to maximize its lakefront setting, Naia Noir will include a 25-yard infinity pool overlooking Lake Erie, an elevated outdoor lounge, coworking space, golf simulator, private dog park and wash, and a full fitness center. The tower is expected to be completed and begin leasing by Spring 2027.

Intern season is here in Greater Cleveland — and that means it’s time for . ☀️⚾

Each summer, hundreds of college interns arrive across the region to work, learn, and explore. The Cleveland Talent Alliance created Summer in the Land to help them do exactly that — connecting interns from companies across Northeast Ohio with some of the best experiences our region has to offer.

It all comes together with a Cleveland summer classic: a night at the ballpark with the Cleveland Guardians at Progressive Field on June 30. Interns from across the region come together to meet new people, build their networks, and enjoy a great night of baseball.

But that’s just the start.

Throughout the summer, interns can join events across the city, from outdoor concerts and cultural festivals to neighborhood gatherings and lakefront celebrations, all designed to help them experience Cleveland beyond the workplace.
