Kitchens truly are the heart of the home! It’s not only a place to prepare meals but a place to gather with family and friends. Loving the light and bright vibe of this gorgeous kitchen we did for a sweet family in Bay Village knowing so many memories will be made here. 🤍

This past year has offered many opportunities to think creatively and adjust plans. We have seen many people move to partial or full work-from-home situations which has lead to folks scrambling to find space in their homes to set up an office. Depending on your home layout and square footage it might not be possible to have a designated room for your WFH activities so options for space that have multiple functionality is key!

This renovation is the perfect example of making the most out of a smaller space. These clients came to us to turn a bedroom into a combination guest bedroom/office/sitting room. With a small room footprint, a customized Murphy bed was the perfect solution to save space. The custom made built-ins add storage and include all sorts of thoughtful features including reading lights, outlets and accent lighting.

We’re calling this project the Peony Powder Room and it couldn’t be any prettier, truly! The details in this tiny room are not to be missed, starting with the inlaid tile floor “mat” in gorgeous gray and white hued Carrera marble. The tile floor is actually three different types of designer tile creating a super luxe look. Take a peek at that custom sink plumbing, even elements that are utilitarian can also be beautiful. A floating sink was used to accommodate this smaller space and other new installs include the toilet, faucet and mirror. All these gorgeous details take time and precision to install but ultimately add such an elegant finish to this room.
