HIV remains a significant public health issue in America.
The Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) initiative was created to leverage scientific advancements in HIV prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and outbreak response by coordinating programs, resources, and infrastructure across HHS to meet the goal of reducing the number of new infections in the U.S.
Taking antiretroviral therapy (ART) as prescribed can help people with HIV get and keep an undetectable viral load—helping them live long healthy lives and prevent sexually transmitting HIV to their partners.
Our partner, Tboy, shares "ART helps me and others with HIV stay healthy and undetectable so we can stay confident and in control of our lives."
