In honor of World Donkey Day, I’d like to share this video from my appearance at the very first… and perhaps only… Lake County Captains Donkey Derby. 🤠🐴

I’d like to thank the crowd, the Captains, and most importantly the donkey for choosing cooperation that day — especially when I decided to channel my inner Beth Dutton.

Some people ride with grace. I held on for dear life, praying I wouldn’t fall off because there was no way I’d be able to get back on again.

Folks, this is how donkey racing legends are made.
