I want to share the importance of a YES vote for Issue 1 on November's ballot. Issue 1 is to ammend section 9 of article 1 of the Ohio constitution. This will require courts to considered public safety when setting bail, including the seriousness of the offense, criminal history, and the likelihood of returning to court.
