Fermentation Girl

It’s with a sad heart that we have to announce that Fermentation Girl is closing. There are a variety of personal reasons for this decision; we won’t go into details. Rest assured, we’re eternally grateful to our customers and everyone that’s genuinely supported us along this journey.

For us, this business was always about quality and increasing the wellness of as many people as possible. In that, I believe we succeeded. Moving forward, compromise in quality was required to reach scale, and rather than reduce the quality of our product, we’d rather shut our doors, make room for other fermenters, and start a new, more exciting project.

Saturday will be our last market (Hudson and Countryside Conservancy), so come out, see us, and buy some ferments at a raucously good price.

We’d like to thank everyone that helped us: our employees, friends, family, and business partners. We loved most moments of our journey and look forward to surprising all of you with our next adventure.
