June Training Update

Please note that for the entire month of June, we will not be conducting any football-specific training. This period will be strictly focused on general workouts designed to improve overall athleticism—beneficial for any sport. We will not be using or practicing with footballs during this time. Football-specific training will resume in July.

Please come prepared each day with both shoes and cleats, as different surfaces and workout types may require both.

There will be many additional workouts not currently listed, so be ready to stay locked in and give full effort.
