CHN Housing Partners

One of the ways CHN contributes to NeighborWorks America's mission to provide opportunities for individuals to live in affordable homes and enhance their communities is through its Lease Purchase program. Started in 1987, this program utilizes Low-Income Tax Credits to allow residents to rent a home at an affordable rate, which they can then purchase after the property has been leased for 15 years. We're proud to say that more than 1,800 Lease Purchase families have taken the title to their home.
