Our Story
Cleveland Area Hospital is a 14-bed, critical access hospital located at 1401 West Pawnee Street in Cleveland, Oklahoma, approximately 35 miles northwest of Tulsa. The hospital is an independent, self-managed, non-profit healthcare system governed by the Cleveland Area Hospital Trust Authority, a civic association whose Board of Directors is composed of members of the local community. CAH provides 24-hour Emergency Room services, 24-hour lab and x-ray services, inpatient care, in/out patient physical, speech, occupational & sports therapy and rehabilitation, skilled nursing (Swing Bed) services, health screenings, wound care, outpatient infusion and nurse care services, as well as a primary care clinic, Lake Area Medical Associates. We have a hospitalist on staff 24/7.
Our Mission at Cleveland Area Hospital is the same today as it was when the doors opened in 1963, which is to provide the members of this rural community and surrounding areas exceptional, quality healthcare from employees who have a spirit of caring in their heart.
