Kappa Alpha Theta Cleveland Alumnae Chapter

Our small but mighty crew completed our first volunteer opportunity of the year at Honey from the Rock - Cleveland's First Foster Care Closet!

We started the evening by assisting a foster family choose clothing and toys for the children, who accompanied their foster parent to the closet.

Afterwards, we helped unload many clothing, shoe, toy, and personal care donations from cars and take them inside to the donation pile. Our volunteer coordinator, Taylor, told us that today's donations were the most received in a single day!

We also had time to do an inventory check of 18 month old clothing items. Honey from the Rock requires donations to be in new or gently used condition- the clothes we handled were in wonderful condition and so adorable!

We enjoyed using our time to benefit this young organization, and we plan to volunteer again!

We wish our local collegiates a studious and successful finals week! 💕 What better way to show our love than with a cookie delivery?

We are thankful to have two local chapters to support at Case Western Reserve University and John Carroll University. The sisters at these colleges are the most brilliant students and kind hearted women.
