This opportunity is for a highly organized, responsible, reliable, and energetic professional. This role will play a 50% personal and 50% executive support to the Owner. The ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, inquisitive, and be able to anticipate needs.
1. Schedule and maintain personal, professional, and social calendars
2. Book travel arrangements
3. Manage contacts, communications, correspondences, presentations, memos, etc.
4. Meeting prep and facilitation - carry out background research and present findings, produce documents and reports
5. Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to produce required materials
6. Personal errands
7. Maintaining files (digital and hard copy), utilizing full Office Suite and other systems
8. Chauffeuring for business and personal functions utilizing Owner's vehicle
