On July 8, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was read publicly for the first time, marking a pivotal moment in our nation’s history. I’m honored to join fellow community members for a collective public reading of the Declaration of Independence, hosted by County.

Join us at the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument on Public Square on Wednesday, July 8, at 5:00 p.m. as we reflect on our shared history and the ideals that continue to inspire our community.

Baseball day with our baseball fans at D-Bat.

We gave our Friday social a twist. We opted for a Sip and Paint event with sparkling juice and lots of colors. A group of our friends also enjoyed an outing at Soundbites at the Cleveland Public Library.

Lunch outing today at Golden Corral. Our friends have formed a social committee since January 2026. Members elected by their friends meet monthly to choose and decide their leisure and community integrated outings. Staff make it happen! Happy Thursday from FFL.
