We held responsible, the parents of Ethan Crumbley for the murders he committed. We need to look at holding the parents of these 'thugs', the shooters, responsible for their actions. Now - even as early 20's, and from early on when they are 12, 13, 14 and up. If we do, they will not be as likely to get the equipment that they use to assassinate the citizens and police officers in our communities. When will we change the laws to do this?
