This UV Safety Month, stay protected against the ultraviolet rays by
☀️ Using SPF 30 or higher, reapplying every two hours
☀️ Wearing protective clothing, such as wide-brimmed hats or UV-blocking sunglasses
☀️ Avoiding direct sunlight from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
☀️ Avoiding tanning beds and sunlamps, which produce harmful UV radiation
