As humans, breaking a bad habit can be so very hard. If you have practiced something incorrectly thousands of times, that pathway is rigid between mind and body. Abigail is a kid who works...hard...but had established one of those pathways due to something she was taught about the riseball in the past. We just switched to the left side. That arm had no previous experience and was easy to train. Then, the brain could transfer that feeling to the right side. The first time I met Keagan Rothrock I knew she was going to be very special.

As we did training events over the years, I saw that she continued the improvement, thanks to Certified Instructor, Jonathan Hon. So, it’s no surprise to find that she was named SEC Freshman of the Year. Congratulations, Keagan.

The Amazing Return of Amanda Redmiles: After ATV Accident, 2027 Pitcher “Relentless” In Efforts to Get Back on the Field - Extra Inning Softball One of the players to cheer for in the 2027 class is pitcher Amanda Redmiles of the PA Chaos who has had 7 arm surgeries following an ATV accident last summer.

We came to work, play, challenge,  learn, and share.  It was a great weekend at our northeast Regional Instructor Convention in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Certified instructors gathered from several states and we capped the weekend with some hands-on learning. Thanks, everyone, for a wonderful weekend.

We Train Professionals to Train Champions, and enjoy watching both succeed.
