🌈 Rainbow Lips Tutorial 👄

Products Used:

- EBIN Rainbow Glitter


- Sunset Makeup Black Lip Stain


- A Sense Of Heaven All Natural Lip Gloss

Written Instructions:

- Make sure your lips are moisturized, but not wet!

- Use the EBIN Solid side of the duo glitter eyeshadow in the color you desire on the space you desire on your lips.

- Quickly but carefully open the glitter side after closing the solid base color side and tap on the glitter - DO NOT SWIPE
This may take up to 2 passes of the glitter to get full coverage

- Repeat with all other colors until lips are fully covered in glitter

- Take your black lippie (lip stain or matte lipstick) and apply to the outline of your lips as thinly as possible and blend into the lips by tapping or extremely light and short strokes. Do not overdo this step! It won’t look perfect until you add the gloss.

- Clean up excess glitter and outline with a makeup wipe to create crispe and glitter-free edges

- Finally, grab a clear gloss and lightly tap it on the lips until fully saturated with it. DO NOT SWIPE THE GLOSS

- Also, try not to press your lips together or your lips will be ruined.
