First time cupper over here 🙋🏽‍♂️
Looks more gnarly than it feels, but over all I enjoyed the therapy.

Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule.
It all takes it toll, so being proactive is critical.

We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it.

This has been posted here and there and I had to share this to my page to let those that care know, this is mostly p**p. Don’t get me wrong, I love my cups. But they do not “remove toxins”. They do not treat disease. They may help relax the fascia which in turn relaxes the body through its own bodily resources which could in turn help with the symptoms. It also is not supposed to “bruise” a bruise is damage. Cupping should never damage the tissue. Period! Therapeutic cupping can be relaxing. It can also “soften” scar tissue. It can bring fluid through the area and help the body relax. It is old and ancient, this is true. It is also very helpful in lots of ways, if the body and brain are willing. The more you know.

Muscles don't have a mind of their own. They do what they're told. Simply releasing muscles, stretching them, etc. rarely has any effect on what they're being told to do by the brain. Neurologic corrections are usually key for lasting change.
