We're excited to celebrate Michael, who recently received a vehicle through our partnership with Wheelstransinc!

Over the past several months, Michael has been working hard to rebuild his life with purpose, determination, and faith. Through our Thrive at Work program, he developed his resume, strengthened his employment skills, and secured a new job opportunity. Now, thanks to reliable transportation, he has the ability to get there consistently.

Before receiving this vehicle, Michael was doing whatever it took to move forward, even walking nearly 10 miles to get to church and volunteer opportunities. Despite transportation barriers, he stayed committed to serving, learning, pursuing employment, and building a stronger future.

Reliable transportation is about so much more than getting from one place to another. It creates access to employment, education, volunteer opportunities, community connections, and the stability needed to keep moving forward. For many people, transportation is the bridge between potential and opportunity.

Michael's journey is a reminder that when practical barriers are removed, people can focus on building the future they are working so hard to achieve.

April recently received a vehicle through our partnership with Wheelstransinc and this moment represents so much more than just transportation.

When April applied, she shared how urgent her situation was. With her husband facing cancer and their family navigating overwhelming financial pressure, she knew that getting a job was essential. But without reliable transportation, even that next step felt out of reach.

Now, that barrier is gone.

With keys in hand, April has the freedom to pursue employment, contribute to her family’s needs, and move forward with hope and stability. What once felt impossible is now within reach.
