This one had a few hiccups to say the least. There were moments of utter frustration for both sides. But my seller and I worked through every step of it together, and we made it to the finish line still getting everything they wanted and more!
It was a lesson learned that not every deal is easy, but they’re all rewarding and worth it in the end.
Plus, I somehow walked away with a toy box full of nerf guns 😂

A month ago one of my buyers went pending and I said it was an extra special one for me. Here’s why:
The two happy people standing in front of their new home are my parents.
About 10 yrs ago we came into some hard times. Those hard times led to us unfortunately losing our house. My parents were forced to take more than a couple steps back. Moving in with family and friends, sharing living spaces, downsizing into tiny apartments, etc. All on the journey to get back on track and be home owners again.
It wasn’t easy or fun, but they did it. And the day for celebration finally came.
This one wasn’t just extra special for me because they brought me into this world. It’s extra special because I know how hard and how long they worked to make this dream come true. It’s one of the best perks of doing what I do. The chance to help/ see people accomplish their dream of being homeowners. And believe me, no one deserves it more than these two. I’m so happy for, and proud of them.
