Just about three quarters of the way done sanding this deck. Even with a chemical wash, if your deck was previously stained with a water based product it can be a longer prep process. Will be staining Friday with a honey colored oil base product.

Always take your time prepping and chemical washing your decks & fences. The results will show. Before and afters will be out soon.
