Job Overview:
We are looking to expand our team! This is an entry level, full time position. Position is located onsite in Shelby Township.

Job Summary:

The IT Technical Support position assists the Intrepid IT team with all aspects of our client's computer systems.
-Answer Help Desk Calls
-Assist our team in the organization of all incoming support requests
-Create, manage, and update support tickets
-Assist with field work as requested
-Provide end user support on all client computer applications, desktops, laptops, printers, and phones
-Perform advanced computer support tasks
-Track and update support requests within the support desk ticketing system
-Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action
-Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
-Work independently to prioritize tasks or in a team environment

Skills
- Honest and hard working
- Problem Solver
- Experience as an IT Technician or relevant position
- Excellent communication ability and people skills
- An understanding of computer systems and networks
- Knowledge of cyber security
- Willingness to learn new ways to do things

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Work hours will be mainly during normal business hours, however it may include some weekends and/or evenings

We service customers all over the Greater Detroit Metropolitan area, and sometimes beyond.

Mileage reimbursement is given.
