Since joining the team in 2022, Aden has grown alongside the company, building strong relationships with customers and helping businesses get the most out of OnTheClock's workforce management solutions. What began as a role supporting customers as a Time Tracking Specialist evolved into an opportunity to help businesses discover smarter ways to manage time tracking, payroll, and workforce operations.

This year marked an especially exciting milestone as Aden was promoted to Account Executive. In his new role, he works directly with businesses to implement OnTheClock's time tracking and payroll solutions, helping them simplify administrative processes, improve payroll accuracy, and operate more efficiently.
Aden's favorite part of the job remains working with customers and helping them succeed.

His willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges has made him a valuable team member and a trusted resource for the businesses we serve.

When he's off the clock, you'll find Aden spending time with friends, camping, fishing, or exploring the trails on a dirt bike or four-wheeler.
