Two years ago, tinnitus made me wonder how I was going to live the rest of my life with 24/7 ringing in my head.
Today, I’m reminded just how faithful God has been.
If you’re battling tinnitus, don’t lose hope. You’re not alone. What helped me the most was cognitive behavior therapy.
I had to retrain my brain to only respond to sounds that were real, how to stay focused and honestly how to interact/conversate again. It was exhausting at times, but it helped more than anything!
Silence hasn’t returned but I’m also no longer saddened by that. The thing that came to ruin me became the very thing God used to save me…and He can do the same for you!
Rise and shine!!! So Grateful to be alive…out here about to cut this grass with a smile! God is so good! 🙌🏾😍💯💪🏾
