As a small, family-owned bakery, adjusting our schedule helps us focus on what matters most: making fresh, from-scratch products, improving service, and ensuring every donut, roll, cookie, and kolache meets the quality you expect from us.

If you regularly stop by on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, please plan ahead and grab your favorites before we close each Monday.
