I'm delighted to unveil my latest oil painting, "Misty Morning Salmon Brook," measuring 18x24 inches. This serene landscape captures a tranquil forest scene where a gentle river meanders through a lush, wooded area. Reflections of tall trees ripple on the water's surface, while warm, golden sunlight filters through the foliage, casting a peaceful glow. The soft, blended brushstrokes enhance the serenity and natural beauty of this work.

Inspired by the beautiful light being filtered through the trees and reflected in the water, this piece came from my own love of nature, when the world is still and the air feels fresh and full of promise. Working on this painting allowed me to explore different techniques to capture that special moment when light and nature harmonize perfectly. I'm excited to share my artwork with you, titled "Grazing in the Morning Haze." This 18x24 oil painting captures a serene pastoral scene with a small herd of cows peacefully grazing on a hillside meadow. The landscape, adorned with various shades of green and yellow, evokes the essence of summer or early autumn. In the distance, a light mist adds depth, while a couple of tall trees and a partially visible white-roofed house contribute to the tranquil countryside atmosphere.
