I'm hosting my first full-day yoga + nature retreat in two years and can't wait to tell you about it!
You already know that yoga + nature are a potent combo. And spending a whole day immersed in a beautiful setting with like-minded folks to celebrate the summer solstice just ups the ante!
We'll spend the day focused on relaxation and mindfulness. Activities include a guided yoga hike, guided meditation, journaling and a delicious catered meal!
