Seeking Part-Time Assistant

Join our team at Population Relief International Corp., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting voluntary family planning goals. We are seeking a Part Time Adult Assistant. Willing to train the right candidate.

Duties:

Manage office operations (20%)

Process participants through intake, approval and reimbursement procedure
Office cleaning
Climb stairs
Complete purchase orders for approval, stock products, maintain inventory
Manage phone calls and email inquiries
Document work hours in time for payroll
Social media
Maintain confidentiality

Deliver supplies: (20%)

Use personal vehicle to travel around Brevard County

Manage event operations (60%)

Seek out appropriate events for outreach, register and manage host relationship
Setup, maintain and breakdown events
Able to lift up to 30lbs
Speak to diverse population regarding our services
Available for evening and weekend events (as necessary)
Recruit and organize volunteers for projects

Preferences:

Previous experience as a volunteer
Multilingual

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
