This week the team was on-site at our Space Coast manufacturing facility to conduct fit-check and separation testing of the CarboNIX deployment system on our next satellite.

The testing validates the mechanical interface between LizzieSat’s baseplate and the separation system and confirms proper functioning of the release mechanism and interface compatibility. It is one of the last major validation tests before the vehicle proceeds to final integrated system testing.
