Hi Dancers!

I've been busy working on other areas of my life and have not taught a class in awhile!

I'm back practicing on Wednesday!

I have a meetup with another fitness professional.

I have a new # 954-931-5312

I might go back to teaching dance in the fall,
or I might enroll in school and study.

I did some rehab on my spine, my SI Joint, and learned about anatomy more deeply.

I'm also back working on my cat charity!
