Join us for an afternoon dedicated to one of the foundations of a resilient food system: grain. 🌾

"Elevating Grain: A Hudson Valley Grain Fair" brings together farmers, millers, bakers, processors, institutional buyers, policymakers, and food system leaders to strengthen connections across the regional grainshed.

Through workshops, panel discussions, and an interactive vendor fair, we'll explore how regional and organic grains create new opportunities—from farm fields to school cafeterias and commercial kitchens.

Stick around for our Eat & Greet Mixer, featuring local food, drinks, and vendor samples that celebrate the incredible diversity of Hudson Valley grains.

The supply chain panel and eat and greet are supported through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). TOPP is a program of the USDA Organic Transition Initiative and is administered by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) National Organic Program (NOP).
