Today we remember "Heidi", who was adopted by one of our favorite veterinarians and lived 16 wonderful years! We are thankful for the loving care and great life she had with her adopters!

Congratulations to Truman; who found a wonderful home with former adopters. Truman came from a home where the owner had dementia, and he had been hugely overfed and had not had the opportunities to get out in the world that are so important to a dog. He came in at 20 pounds, and lost down to a healthy 14 pounds. Weight loss and a thorough professional grooming and many life experiences while in rescue turned him into a new dog! Congratulations Truman! Live long and prosper!

Congratulations to Ace, now renamed "Xeno". He was adopted back in January, and recently completed a basic obedience class! We are so proud of him, and thankful for his wonderful adoptive family! Bravo to Xeno!
