Ever wonder about the frequency, music, and impact of birds? Join us for our monthly Soul Circle as we discuss how birds impact the life we live, the decisions we make, and the peace we find when exposed to nature.

Join us every Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm for our weekly Qigong experience, taught by a certified fitness and Qigong instructor. This class is all on a donation basis! No special equipment is needed, but comfortable clothing is recommended. We are located at 700 West Clay in Collinsville, IL.

Qi Gong is a gentle mind-body practice that combines flowing movement, breathwork, meditation, and energy awareness to support balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being. Nancy’s classes are welcoming to all abilities and can even be practiced seated in a chair. Students describe her teaching as “calming,” “nurturing,” and “fun,” noting they leave feeling “relaxed, grounded, and physically better.” With soulful guided meditations, humor, and an encouraging atmosphere, Nancy helps students slow busy minds, strengthen emotional balance, and reconnect with themselves in mind, body, and spirit.
